Animal Cruelty

This past weekend, Aaron Talla, an EMSA driver had finished a 24 hour shift and on his way home he saw this dog in a yard  The dog had been shot completely through his little body and he was still alive.  He brought the dog to the Animal Emergency Center where they took video and photos.  Later on Saturday morning (10/13), an emergency surgery was done at our Companion clinic to try to remove the arrow.  However, the arrow had pierced his colon and feces had gone into his body.  The dog died.  The rescuer sent us these pictures!  He wants to pursue trying to find the person that did this.  It happened somewhere around Beggs, Ok.  Because it is a small community and not just everyone has bows and arrows, he thinks he will be able to figure out who did it.
