Offering animal welfare-related services to the Tulsa metro area since 1961

Animal Aid was founded in Tulsa in 1961, and has offered animal welfare-related services to the community ever since. Today Animal Aid is the only organization in Tulsa that stands ready to take in sick or injured animals without owners, day or night.

Animal Aid is funded entirely by your generous donations. Helpless animals in Tulsa are counting on you to help fund Animal Aid's efforts to rescue them and find them wonderful homes. Please consider donating even a small amount of money by mailing a check or clicking on the button below to donate online.

Volunteer - you can make a difference!

Giving your time and talent to a cause you believe in can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life. Volunteering can have a positive effect on your community AND yourself.  Volunteers are important to Animal Aid.  By volunteering a Saturday of your time to help show animals at PetSmart, you help find homes for many dogs & cats.  Volunteer orientation is each month at the Thrift store.  Come by or call for information at 744-8280.

Need a speaker for your group?
Animal Aid has qualified speakers that can educate young people as well as adult groups on the proper care and treatment of pets.  We can talk about the efforts to control the pet overpopulation problem in Tulsa, or problems you may have training a puppy.   Call to schedule a presentation to your school, youth group or community service group by calling 744-8280.
